These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Dinner Planner iOS app and related website operated by Hello World AS ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Dinner Planner, you agree to these terms.

Service Overview

Dinner Planner helps you create meal plans, generate recipes, organize shopping lists, and save favorites. We may improve, update, or adjust the service over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that happens under it. Please provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid auto-renewable subscription. Subscription pricing, billing period, and renewal details are shown in the app before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Content and Availability

Recipe suggestions and meal plans are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or suitability for every dietary or medical need. You remain responsible for checking ingredients and instructions before cooking.

Termination

You may stop using Dinner Planner at any time. You can also request account deletion from the Account page in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
